Your Next Move: 4-Week Reset For Women Ready To Take Action

Why Join?

It’s been a long, heavy winter. The world feels chaotic, divisive, and exhausting - and staying focused seems early impossible. But spring is here, and it’s time to shake off the winter blahs and reset.

🔥 Is there a project you started but never finished?
🔥 A milestone you want to hit but keep putting off?
🔥 Or maybe you don’t even know what’s next, you just know you feel stuck, unmotivated, and ready for a change.

This isn’t just another goal-setting workshop. This is about breaking through what’s been holding you back (both personally and systemically) so you can finally take action.

In this 4-week group coaching program, we’re done waiting for the “right time.” Women everywhere are tired of getting knocked down and talked over, and they’re ready to roll up their sleeves and do the damn thing. Whether it’s in your career, personal life, or community, this is your moment to step up, reclaim your momentum, and make real progress on YOUR terms.

What You'll Get

  • Four 90-minute live group coaching calls (weekly, recorded for replay)

  • Practical exercises & real-time prompts to gain clarity and direction in the moment

  • A small, intimate group for support, accountability, and connection

DECOLONIZING MOTHERHOOD EVENT
Jul

DECOLONIZING MOTHERHOOD EVENT

During July we usually celebrate the legacy of American independence, like freedom, liberty and justice for all.

Bhat about the legacy of colonization, which has locked us into hundreds of years of patriarchy, capitalism, and racism? What does it mean to decolonize our thinking about these systems, and how can we apply this to motherhood?

These are important questions that require many different voices and viewpoints. So I have asked my friend Desirae to have a conversation with me about the topic of decolonizing motherhood, and we’d like to invite you to participate!

Desirae is a scholar and mother who recently had an unassisted homebirth, or freebirth, which to me feels like the ultimate in decolonizing motherhood. She has a passion for uplifting the birthing stories of historically silenced voices: Black, Brown, queer, and migrant folx, folx with disabilities, folx in creative relationships/family structures, single folx, etc.

Join us on Monday, July 25th at 11am EST / 8 am PST for a live community call around what it means to decolonize motherhood, from fertility, pregnancy, birth and raising your child.

This free community call will feature 45 minutes of discussion and then about 15 minutes of questions. The call will be recorded if you miss it.

On the call we’ll talk about:

✨ What do we mean when we say “decolonize your mind?”

✨ The role colonization played in controlling people’s fertility and pregnancy

✨ How did the white male medicalization of birth affect not only pregnancy but childbirth and the postpartum period

We’ll answer questions about:

✨ What “conscious contraception” might look like, which will be critical for the post-Roe era

✨ What white women can do about all of this

✨ How we can raise empathetic, conscious children who are not only aware but actively working to dismantle the colonizer mindset
